Dana White is the famous promoter and frontman for the World's #1 Mixed Martial Event, The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). White was born in connecticut and spent most of his life in Las Vegas, NV. Dana was a big fan of the sport of boxing and had experience as an amatuer boxer and cardio boxing instructor. While attending high school in Las Vegas, White built a friendship with Lorenzo Ferttta and his brother Frank Fertitta III who were the sons of a famous Las Vegas casino executive. They all shared both a childhood friendship as well as a love of the sport of boxing.

In 1995 Dana White reunited with the Fertitta brothers at a wedding. At the time, Dana White was managing some MMA fighters in Las Vegas and California and the conversation ultimately led to the partnership which led to the UFC becoming the largest MMA combat company in the world. Dana White has been working actively in all aspects of the UFC and is widely regarded as the world's most successful fight promoter.
